Clear Fork Royalty is a leading purchaser of oil and gas mineral rights and royalties. We buy royalties all across the United States and offer competitive prices and quick cash closings at no cost to the seller. We would welcome the opportunity to evaluate your mineral rights and/or producing oil and gas royalties.
In order to receive a cost-free offer from Clear Fork Royalty, you may: Call us toll free at (800) 806-7040, Email Us, or complete the Offer Submission Form below. Submitting oil and gas royalty information and receiving a cost free offer does not obligate you to sell your oil and gas royalties.
Offer Submission Form:
(Include as much information as possible. You do not need to complete the entire form in order to submit the form.)
If you receive our offer and decide to sell your oil and gas mineral rights and/or royalties, then Clear Fork Royalty will prepare the mineral deed. Once you decide to sell, there is very little required of you to complete the transaction other than signing the mineral deed in front of a Notary Public. When purchasing oil and gas mineral rights and/or royalties, we cover all the costs associated with completing the sale, including mineral deed preparation and filing fees.
Completing the Offer Submission Form
Fill in the requested information and click on the “submit” button at the bottom of the form. You do not have to complete every item on the form in order to submit the form. However, the more information we receive from you, the better job we can do evaluating your oil and gas mineral rights and/or royalties.
If you receive oil royalty checks from more than one purchaser (oil and gas company), then you can either submit one form for each purchaser or you can send one form summarizing all the oil and gas royalty checks received. For example, if you receive oil and gas royalty checks from Chesapeake and XTO Energy, then you can fill out and submit one form for Chesapeake and a second form for XTO Energy. Or, you can group Chesapeake and XTO Energy and submit one form (if you choose to group the checks, then please make a note to that affect at the bottom of the form under “Additional Information”).
